Join Lauren Darges, RScP, for the Saturday Meditation Group to strengthen your meditation through group practice. This one-hour session is comprised of mindfulness meditation practice with some instruction. Take advantage of the power of meditating with a group. Open to anyone who wants to meditate. Drop-ins welcome.
