Gentle Yoga is back!

Instructor William Abel leads a weekly gentle yoga class on Wednesdays from 9 to 10 am.

Suggested donation is $10 per class, payable on our website’s Donate tab where you can use either a credit card or your PayPal account.

Before attending for the first time, participants need register at after which they will receive their personal link to the class.

This class is ideal for anyone who is new to Yoga or for those who prefer a gentler approach to their asana practice. Each class consists of exercises for developing strength, flexibility, and balance of the body along with practices for calming the mind. A yoga mat is highly recommended, and any props such as blocks, blankets, and belts are optional.

William (RYT 500) has been teaching Yoga since 2009 and completed trainings through Integral Yoga Institute SF and NYC in Basic and Intermediate Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Raja Yoga, Accessible Yoga, and Meditation. His Hatha classes are taught with an awareness of safety and acceptance, and the focus of his personal practice is Jnana Yoga and meditation.
